As many of our services are provided ‘live’ – that is, either in person, or over Skype, we thought it would be useful to provide a reminder of our Terms regarding cancellation here.
These terms apply to all 1:1 sessions, group sessions and to attendance at workshops. Your booking of a session, either by phone, email, social media message or in person, is deemed to include acceptance of these Terms.

1.   Cancellation

1.1 You may cancel any Training Session by notice in writing to us.

1.2 On cancellation of a Training Session you must pay us the following fees:

(a)  if notice of cancellation is received 48 hours or less before the start of the relevant Training Session, a cancellation fee of 100% of the fee for the Training Session;

(b)  if notice of cancellation is received 7 days or less before the start of the relevant Training Session, a cancellation fee of 50% of the fee for the Training Session;

(c)  if notice of cancellation is received more than 7 days but less than 14 days before the start of the relevant Training Session, a cancellation fee of 25% of the fee for the Training Session; and

(d)  if notice of cancellation is received more than 14 days before the start of the relevant Training Session no cancellation fee is payable.
